These Terms and Conditions govern the short-term rental of apartments at Chalet Falorie, Località Zuel di Sopra 32, 32043 Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL), Italy, operated by:

By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a binding contract between you (the Guest) and JUMP 3000 S.R.L.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking. A written confirmation will be sent by email. The contract is formed at the moment of booking confirmation.

Pursuant to Art. 59(1)(n) of D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), the right of withdrawal (recesso) does not apply to accommodation contracts for a specific date or period.

2. Identification & Guest Registration

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Guest data will be transmitted to the Italian public security authority (Questura) as required by Legge 191/1978 and D.Lgs. 286/1998. A valid credit card must also be presented at check-in.

Online check-in is available: guests will receive a link before arrival to submit their details in advance.

4. Cancellation & Modification Policy

The applicable cancellation policy depends on the rate plan selected at the time of booking and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Please read your confirmation carefully.

Non-refundable rates: no cancellation or modification is permitted after booking. The full amount is charged.

Flexible rates: free cancellation is permitted up to the deadline stated in your confirmation. Cancellations after this deadline will be charged in full or in part as specified.

In case of early departure, the full booked period will be charged. No-shows are charged in full.

Any refund due will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method, pursuant to Art. 1183 of the Italian Civil Code.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. The city tax (tassa di soggiorno) is not included in the displayed price and is payable separately on-site.

Payment is accepted by credit card via our secure booking engine (Verticalbooking) processed by Nexi S.p.A. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the credit card for the value of the stay and applicable fees prior to arrival.

6. City Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno)

The municipality of Cortina d'Ampezzo levies a city tax on all overnight stays. This tax is not included in the apartment rate and must be paid on-site at check-in. The applicable rate is set by the Comune di Cortina d'Ampezzo and may vary. Children under 14 are generally exempt.

9. Damage & Liability

The Guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment, its furnishings, fixtures or equipment during the stay, pursuant to Art. 1588 of the Italian Civil Code. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.

JUMP 3000 S.R.L accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings during the stay.

10. Hotel Services

Chalet Falorie guests may access the services of the adjacent Faloria Mountain Spa Resort (operated separately) at preferential rates. Hotel services are not included in the apartment rate, are subject to availability and are governed by the hotel's own terms and conditions. JUMP 3000 S.R.L acts only as a facilitator and accepts no liability for hotel services.

11. Force Majeure

JUMP 3000 S.R.L shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, epidemics, or other events of force majeure (Art. 1218 Italian Civil Code).

12. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised with us as soon as possible during the stay so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Written complaints may be sent to [email protected] within 48 hours of departure.

Guest data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and D.Lgs. 196/2003.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For consumers (as defined by D.Lgs. 206/2005), disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For non-consumers, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy shall apply.
